The idea was to create a dense green park rather than pocket of gardens in the master plan. Living in a 30 acres residential campus can come with a unique advantage of contiguous green space which would otherwise not be possible in a smaller plot layout.

As we rarely see parks in the sub urban development in India a it would create a unique public and recreation space. This will also create an environment friendly microclimate to counter the effect of high rise buildings and concrete cover required for such high density development.

A natural water body was proposed centrally to the park which was an existing water way leading to the river coming down from the hills towards the south side. Hence the site itself calls for a certain landscape to be developed around this natural water flow without disrupting its course towards the river.

We believe master planning is unique to each site for these essential clues which often come from the site and its topography.
