PROJECT DETAILS

The master plan intended to create farmhouse plots for weekend homes with the site offering a view of Mulshi back waters. The site being contoured allows to create a layout of plots which will not only allow to open up views of each plot towards the back waters by will also define an architectural character of each plot.

Hence landscape in individual plot was used to mitigate the difficult terrain conditions and create maximum buildable footprint for the villa.

The internal roads are kept to a minimum within the site to allow maximum land area to be under landscaped / green spaces or villa plots and to help deal with the sloping terrain. This did also optimize infrastructure cost for such difficult terrain.
